After fifty years on this planet, everyone is a pundit.  Here you’ll find humor, politics, pop culture and buffet of topics as they occur to me.  The barefoot part has to do with coming to a time in my life when all the work I’ve done to mellow, to calm, to find peace and to nurture myself has finally solidified and I’m very much at ease with who I am.  I thought I “knew” me in my twenties and then again in my thirties, my forties slid by without question.  Being over fifty gives me yet again a new perspective.  A lovely non-reality reality check that gives me wings.
